Terms of Service

By using FitAI you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your login details safe; you're responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You give FitAI a limited licence to store and process them only to provide the service to you. Only upload photos you have the right to use, and nothing illegal, offensive or containing other people without permission.

AI suggestions

Clothing details and outfits are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. They're suggestions for inspiration, not professional advice. You can edit every detail.

FitAI Pro

FitAI Pro is a $4.99/month subscription billed through Stripe that renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the Profile tab; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period, then return to the free plan. Your clothes and saved outfits are never deleted when you downgrade. Prices may change with advance notice. Refunds are handled case by case — contact us.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse FitAI: no attempting to access other users' data, overloading or reverse-engineering the service, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Disclaimers and liability

FitAI is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law, FitAI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
