Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information FitAI ("we", "us") collects when you use fit-ai.shop and the FitAI apps, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account details: email address, username and optional profile photo. If you sign in with Google we receive your name and email.
• Closet content: photos of clothing you upload and the details attached to them, plus outfits you generate and save.
• Style preferences: the styles and occasions you choose during onboarding.
• Payment information: Pro payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we keep your subscription status.
• Usage data: pages visited, device type, approximate country and similar technical data, used to keep the service running and understand traffic.

How we use it

To provide your closet and AI outfit features, analyse uploaded photos, enforce plan limits, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, keep the service secure, and improve FitAI. Clothing photos are sent to our AI provider only to generate descriptions and outfits for you; they are not used to advertise to you and are never sold.

Advertising

Some public pages of FitAI (such as our style guide) may show ads served by Google AdSense. Ads never appear inside your private closet. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to FitAI and/or other sites on the Internet.

You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info. Learn more about how Google uses data from partner sites. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown. See our Cookie Policy.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run FitAI — hosting and database, AI processing, payments (Stripe), analytics and advertising (Google) — and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete clothing items and outfits at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, email us at hello@fit-ai.shop.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data and to object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request.

Security

Your closet is private to your account and protected by access rules on our servers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

FitAI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
